These curtain ideas have me almost tempted to dig my sewing machine out of the closet and dust it off. Almost. Maybe halfway through summer when I start to get bored and need a challenge. They look easy enough, but for me, anything that involves the sewing machine is a definite challenge.
I’m really liking these muslin drapes with a pretty fabric top at Thrifty Decor Chic. I really like muslin in general. Someone come do the sewing part for me?
These canvas drop cloth curtains from Reinvented are so stylish, and look to be the easiest of the bunch, yay! I think the sewing machine can even stay in the closet for these, and so pretty too. I probably will try this in the guest room that I’m currently attempting to transform into a guest room/craft room/office / whatever else I want to do in there room. This transformation could take some time. It would probably take a little less time if I’d stop tinkering with the rest of the house.
A pretty sheet turned curtain.
Grand finale, oh my goodness, I’m in love, need these desperately in love. The reincarnation of a skirt from The Shabby Chic Cottage. These would be so perfect in my bedroom that I’m almost tempted to cut up one of my favorite white skirts. I think I’ll try hitting the thrift store first though.
